Health Improvement Program : Come Closer to Nature

Health Improvement Program

  • 11 Steps

Our health improvement program, based on the principles of yoga and meditation, is designed to promote holistic well-being by incorporating physical postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and mindfulness techniques. About the Workshop Have you ever experienced that when your mind is happy you recover from illnesses quickly? And when the mind is sad it worsens the health? Remember the last time you were angry, did you feel an increase in your heart rate? Did you feel warmth in your face? That means that your thoughts have a direct impact on the health of the body. If anger and frustration are poison for your health, a positive mind will work like a strong medicine which can help you maintain a healthy body. Positive minds attract positive experiences. Negative or restless minds attract negative or chaotic experiences. This applies not only to your life events but also to your own health. This workshop explains how your mind influences the experiences you have in life including your health, and how to use the mind to attract positivity in your life and create a foundation for good health. The workshop provides a complete guided experience, combining detailed discourses with guided meditations, stretching, pranayama and kriya yoga practices to help you achieve a happy mind and a healthy body. What you will learn from this workshop ❃ Understand how your thoughts, beliefs and the focus of your attention all influence your health. Learn how to change your mental patterns to attract positivity in your life ❃ Learn how to create a deep rooted attitude of positivity and gratitude as the foundation to maintain good health. ❃ Learn how to create the right attitude for healthy mind, body and soul Learn asana, pranayama and kriya yoga practices that will help to break old mental patterns and support your health.
