In this welcome audio we explain how the ATR program will teach you to shift the attention from the layers of mind to the sense of consciousness. By training the attention in this way you will experience relief from the constant mental chatter that most people experience, and you will learn how to stay happy by keeping the attention in stillness or in positive thought patterns.

About Lesson

The practice for step 7 is a combination of all the previous steps which, when practiced regularly, will gradually guide the listener into moments of thoughtless awareness and may with practice lead to longer periods of absorption in the inner silence of thoughtlessness. 

Deep transformation occurs while resting in inner silence. It is suggested that you listen to this guided practice daily for at least the next 40 days with full openness and without expectations.
