STEP-1 : For next 7 days, Listen to “Maha Rudra Kriya” (empty stomach in morning or 4 hrs after meals) and “Effortlessness Guided meditation” before going to sleep.

STEP-2 : From 8th day, along with Maha Rudra Kriya listen to “Go Deeper Guided Meditation*” before going to sleep.
STEP-3 : After 14 days along with Maha Rudra Kriya listen to “Completeness Guided Meditation” before going to sleep.
Recommended daily schedule is: Maha Rudra Kriya in the morning, Effortlessness/Go Deeper/Completeness before going to sleep.
However you can practise them any time keeping in mind below mentioned time gaps.
time gap between two meditations = 4hrs, time gap after meals = 4hrs, time gap after soft-drinks = 1hr, time gap after hard-drinks = 8hrs.

*Caution – Advanced audio guides are not for beginners and you should practice meditation for minimum 7 to 21 days before listening to them.
After completing above mentioned 21 days schedule, you can either apply for Himalayan camp or you can join Level 1 Online Program mentioned above.
No speacial diksha is required. Instructions are already given in audios.
