but here the main focus is on how to live a happy life by balancing your desire to spiritually awaken as well as fulfilling your responsibilities towards your loved ones.
In this program, Yogi ji also explaines how people misunderstand manifestation and law of attraction,
hence it doesn’t work for them. He gives very effective steps on how to train the mind to achieve success in all aspects of our life.
If all instructions all followrd correctly during this workshop, a cleansing process starts automatically, your hidden fears, insecurities starts to come to surface and then fade away.

Recommended daily schedule is: Maha Rudra Kriya in the morning, Effortlessness/Go Deeper/Completeness before going to sleep.
However you can practise them any time keeping in mind below mentioned time gaps.
time gap between two meditations = 4hrs, time gap after meals = 4hrs, time gap after soft-drinks = 1hr, time gap after hard-drinks = 8hrs.

Step-1: For next 7 days, Listen to “Maha Rudra Kriya” (empty stomach in morning or 4 hrs after meals) and “Effortlessness Guided meditation” before going to sleep.
Step-2: From 8th day, along with Maha Rudra Kriya (in the morning) listen to “Go Deeper Guided Meditation*” before going to sleep.
Step-3: After 14 days along with Maha Rudra Kriya(in the morning) listen to “Completeness Guided Meditation” before going to sleep.
If you have completed the above mentioned 21 days schedule (Beginner and Intermediate Level Meditations) then the recommended sequence to follow based on your preference is Advanced Level audio guides , our online meditation workshop and you can also join our Himalayan retreats in Uttarakhand.
