We received requests from many people regarding a meditation program for those who are not yet ready for difficult grade meditation techniques or those who are not able to attend our Himalayan meditation camp.

We have decided that occasionally we will record some guided meditations immediately after any deep meditation session will be completed, so that the meditation teacher can record the guided meditation while being in a meditative state.This can greatly help the listener, because if the listener is receptive enough, he/ she can experience the meditative vibes by simply listening to it.

If you are practicing “Maha Rudra Kriya” or “Go Deeper Guided Meditation” daily, this added method will make the experience more strong, but please maintain a gap of minimum 4 hours between Maha Rudra Kriya and this technique (or any other method you follow).

Recommended daily schedule is: Maha Rudra Kriya in the morning, Effortlessness/Go Deeper/Completeness before going to sleep.

However you can practise them any time keeping in mind below mentioned time gaps.

time gap between two meditations = 4hrs, time gap after meals = 4hrs, time gap after soft-drinks = 1hr, time gap after hard-drinks = 8hrs. 

Step-1: For next 7 days, Listen to “Maha Rudra Kriya” (empty stomach in morning or 4 hrs after meals) and “Effortlessness Guided meditation” before going to sleep.
Step-2: From 8th day, along with Maha Rudra Kriya (in the morning) listen to “Go Deeper Guided Meditation*” before going to sleep.
Step-3: After 14 days along with Maha Rudra Kriya(in the morning) listen to “Completeness Guided Meditation” before going to sleep.

If you have completed the above mentioned 21 days schedule (Beginner and Intermediate Level  Meditations) then the recommended sequence to follow based on your preference is  Advanced Level audio guides , our online meditation workshop and you can also join our  Himalayan retreats in Uttarakhand.

 

If you have completed Peace & Clarity – Level 1 Online workshop,  You can send answers to this questionnaire to apply for the Free Advanced Level Himalayan Meditation Camp conducted by Aham Shoonyam Foundation and if you will be selected, you will be notified.

No speacial diksha is required. Instructions are already given in audios.

If you have completed our beginner level meditations then the recommended sequence to follow based on your preference is  Intermediate Level MeditationsAdvanced Level audio guides , our online meditation workshop and you can also join our  Himalayan retreats in Uttarakhand.
